Zinc Big Wheeled Folding Verge Pro Scooter

Cannot give this 5 stars - product pic on box looks great but -1 - haven’t yet examined the scooter - and 2 - delivery experience was very poor - not Zinc fault, but Yodel, - will describe - had email from Yodel saying scooter would be delivered Saturday (early), fine but I wasn’t going to be in - having cleared with neighbour I replied to Yodel to deliver to no 11, next door. yodel confirmed by email my update, that parcel would be delivered to no 11 - I received email while out confirming delivery had happened. When I returned, I checked with my neighbour (who was in all day), - no delivery. Searched down both sides of house and asked other neighbour, nothing, then spent 30 mins, mostly on ‘live chat’ to an illiterate Robot, and then got a human(I think!). I had followed all instructions from yodel, downloaded the app to get photo of delivery site - app said no orders for me… eventually human(maybe) sent photo of delivery location, which was behind our house, through a gate, standing in the rain - even though it would have taken less time to walk up our neighbour’s drive and deliver there - and 5 metres from where he left parcel was an undercover area - it was definitelyraining when he delivered the cardboard box! Yodel customer service/bad service tried to pass the buck to you, Zinc, but I told them very clearly that their driver had ignored delivery instructions and sent email to me said delivered as requested when it wasn’t. I lodged a complaint with Yodel but have had no reply - unsurprisingly! Fortunately the rain had eased and although the outside box was wet, the scooter box was mostly ok. I tell you this not as a criticism of Zinc, who shipped my Christmas gift for my granddaughter promptly, but to give you info to Yodel for the poor service they gave to you and to me - I know many friends who have had similar experiences with Yodel - you may want to feed back to them at a higher level than I can - and maybe reconsider your carrier. Simple instructions, ignored, then tried to place blame on you, Zinc

Fast delivery, well packaged. Looks value for money.
Lovely and colourful. Feels sturdy, will know more at Xmas when my Granddaughter receives her present.

Bought for my daughters birthday, she absolutely loves it the colours are vibrant, already ur together and had absolutely no problem with folding easy peasy

Always bought zinc and my daughters scooter she has now is a 3 wheel zinc scooter and just purchased this as a Xmas upgrade. Great scooters and the 3 wheel one my daughter has now she has had for 2 Yr and wheels still light up and she has thrown it about everywhere as you can imagine and is still like new! Will never buy anything else but zinc!
