Promotion: Officially Licensed Electric Scooter Featuring Spider-Man Designs Giveaway

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Zinc Sports, a brand of Hy-Pro International Ltd. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with MARVEL, Meta (Instagram), or any of their affiliates. Any questions or complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to Zinc Sports and not to MARVEL or Instagram.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over only. Employees of Hy-Pro International Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the promotional period:

• Follow the @zincsports Instagram account
• Like the promotional post

One entry per person.

4. Promotional Period
The promotion opens on the date of the post and closes at 11:59pm on 3rd August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries following the close of the promotion. The winner will be announced on the @zincsports Instagram story and contacted via Instagram direct message on or around 4th August 2026.

6. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) officially licensed electric scooter featuring Spider-Man designs. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Zinc Sports reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Electric Scooter — Legal Responsibility
The winner acknowledges that the use of electric scooters is subject to legal regulations in the United Kingdom. It is the winner's sole responsibility to ensure they understand and comply with all current UK laws and regulations relating to the use of electric scooters prior to riding. Zinc Sports accepts no liability for any use of the prize that does not comply with applicable laws. The winner is also responsible for ensuring they have all appropriate safety equipment, including but not limited to a helmet and protective gear, before using the scooter.

8. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be handled in accordance with Hy-Pro International Ltd's privacy policy, available at zincsports.com.

9. General
Zinc Sports reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
