I brought a zinc Velocity 2.0 500W Adult Electric scooter.. I managed to get a slow puncher in the rear tyre.. I rang a few places up to get it repaired and no one will attempt to try and fix it.. Unable to do it myself.. So I'm Stuck with a flat tyre and £599 out of pocket... Avoid buying if possible.. The company that make them have never got the part's available. What Big let down. Not Happy at all grrr
